Abstract
Introduction:
This paper is an utterly innovative analysis from a comparative standpoint integrating psychiatric and neurological healthcare, with world literatures and creative arts in their multifaceted aspects, combining health humanities and ecological studies, specifically focusing on enhancing mental wellness through holistic awareness.
Materials and Methods:
This scientific approach in both neuropsychiatric and humanistic perspective of finding positive meaning presents itself as a comprehensive understanding of psychological movements that takes into account physiological aspects with their psychosomatic markers with the scope of improving metacognitive strategies and bettering adaptive mechanisms. This interdisciplinary paper seeks to illustrate ways to accrue neuronal interconnections to build resiliency into the nervous system for overall vitality through holistic integrative principles and modes of positive psychology.
Results and Discussion:
The paper thus develops art therapeutic holism’s strategies in accordance with principles of humanistic psychology to mindfully monitor sensorial signals and positively influence mental representations stemming from practicing creative arts intricately connected to cognition, perception, memorization and emotional imprints as brain capacities. It is paired with monitoring the inventiveness of eco-artification through journaling and other types of reflexive writing including autobiographic memory and involving direct interpersonal experiences as interactive regulation, emphasizing how it can be helpful in perfectioning nervous system regulation tools in a goal-oriented manner.
